Blue Tundra conducted a comprehensive analysis of all operational aspects of K&W Finishing, a major trade bindery in Baltimore, Maryland. Prepared a written report to management and then formed a team of developers (self included) to design, and implement facility-wide ERP custom software to address virtually every aspect of the client’s operations. The software addresses estimating, invoicing, job tracking, inventory, job costing and scheduling modules to manage jobs in production.

In addition, Blue Tundra provided all the project management, in-house training and professional development necessary to help the bindery transition smoothly into production with its new software. Blue Tundra also designed and built K&W’s corporate network consisting of a multi-tiered architecture ranging from host and network based intrusion.
